Strat BioLabs
This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed and shipped by Strat BioLabs. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
- During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, or supply delays), processing times may be extended
- Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation
Note: Processing time is separate from shipping/transit time.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
Shipping options are provided at checkout. Estimated delivery times may vary depending on carrier performance.
Typical domestic transit times (estimates only):
- Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (where available)
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, carrier issues, or other factors outside our control.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:
- Package weight and dimensions
- Selected shipping method
- Delivery location
Promotions or discounts may temporarily affect shipping rates.
4. Address Accuracy & Changes
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
- Address changes are not guaranteed after an order is placed
- If you contact us promptly, we will attempt to update the address before shipment
- Once processing has begun, changes may not be possible
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for re-shipping costs
5. Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the shipping label is created.
6. Signature Confirmation & Delivery Requirements
For certain orders (based on order value, fraud screening, or destination), we may require:
- Signature confirmation upon delivery
- Shipment to the billing address
- ID verification or additional order confirmation prior to shipment
If delivery cannot be completed (e.g., no signature available or access issues), the customer is responsible for coordinating re-delivery or pickup directly with the carrier.
7. Delivered but Missing or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows “Delivered” but the package cannot be located:
- Check the delivery area, mailbox, and with neighbors or building management
- Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number
Strat BioLabs is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. At our discretion, we may assist by providing documentation for carrier claims.
8. Lost Packages & Carrier Delays
- If your package appears lost, contact us at admin@stratbiolabs.com with your order and tracking number
- We will assist in initiating a carrier investigation where applicable
Carrier delays do not automatically qualify for refunds.
9. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at admin@stratbiolabs.com. Include your order number and clear photos of:
- Outer shipping box & label
- Internal packaging
- Product(s) received
Failure to provide proper documentation may limit our ability to assist.
10. Shipping Restrictions
We may restrict shipping to certain locations, jurisdictions, or addresses due to legal, carrier, or risk considerations. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that cannot be shipped to the provided address.
11. Research Use Only
All products sold by Strat BioLabs are intended strictly for in-vitro laboratory research use only. Products are not for human or animal use, and we do not provide guidance or instructions for personal use.
