I agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations governing the purchase, possession, and use of such compounds.

I accept full responsibility for any and all risks associated with my purchase, possession, handling, storage, or use of these products.

By completing my transaction online (including, but not limited to, selecting “I Agree,” checking any required confirmation box, or submitting my order), I knowingly and voluntarily:

any and all claims, demands, causes of action, liabilities, or judgments—whether known or unknown—that may arise from or relate to the purchase, possession, or use of these research compounds.

I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless Strat BioLabs from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses—whether direct or indirect, foreseeable or unforeseeable—including but not limited to:
Personal injury
Property damage
Economic loss
Regulatory or legal violations
arising in connection with my purchase, possession, or use of these compounds.

This indemnification and waiver shall apply to and be binding upon my heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns.
