Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Strat BioLabs is not responsible for carrier delays, delivery failures, incorrect addresses, or lost/stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
8. Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return and refund policy for eligible products. Only unopened, unused, and untampered items qualify. Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
